NCVA 2026 MEMBERSHIP MEETING
NCVA Membership Appreciation Meeting May 15-16, 2026 Held at the Lumina on Wrightsville Beach We want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our NCVA members for making the 2026 NCVA Membership Appreciation Event such a success! It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying time together at the beach, reconnecting with industry friends, networking, and making new memories along the way. The enthusiasm, camaraderie, and energy throughout the event truly made it a special and memorable experience for all who attended. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us at the Holiday Inn Wrightsville Beach on May 15–16, 2026, and we look forward to creating even more unforgettable moments together at future NCVA gatherings! Participants will explore how to lead people effectively, understand motivations, develop their leadership voice, and elevate the customer experience from basic service to true connection. |
Ike is a respected coach, leadership trainer, and keynote speaker known for helping individuals grow into impactful leaders who strengthen their teams, organizations, and communities. With more than two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and high-performance athletics, he brings practical insight and real-world perspective to every engagement. Through dynamic keynotes, 1:1 coaching, and customized leadership training programs, Ike combines a “student of the game” mindset with relatable personal and professional experiences. His sessions are both engaging and actionable, equipping audiences with practical tools and strategies to lead with confidence, intention, and purpose every day. |
